If any problems occur with your heater, you can contact our helpdesk, tel. 0870.908.9906. They can provide you with technical support, and when a closer examination of the heater is required, they will refer you to a qualified installer in the area.

Service parts
Do you need to replace a part? Of course we can supply you with all necessary parts for service purposes of which 90% is on stock in our warehouse in Warrington. Please send us your order by fax or e-mail, or contact us by telephone for more information on the correct part, and/or for prices. To be able to reply quickly it is important that you have some details on the heater available, like type of the heater, serial number or date of purchase, brand and no. of part needed, etc.
